Returns and Refunds

1) If you’re not happy with your order, email us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will refund it - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The product(s) must be unopened and unused. We ask that you initiate the return request by emailing us at and let us know the reason for returns - this helps us serve you better next time. 

2) If the order received is damaged or contains incorrect product(s) or has missing items, please email us within 24 hours. We ask that you send us pictures of the product(s) so we can identify the best resolution for you. 

3) For order returns and replacement requests, customers will have to return the products at their own expense to us. 

Reach out to our support team at with your order details to process your returns and our team will send you the necessary details needed. We will process refunds to the original payment method once we receive the product.
