1) Where do you source your teas from? Do you source ethically and sustainably?

Majority of our teas are sourced from small family-owned tea estates in India (Darjeeling & Assam mostly) where we have built relationships over a period of time. We source from our partner tea estates using a multi-step proprietary process that supports the ethical and sustainable sourcing of our teas. Additionally, we strive for equitable wages to our tea partners (by paying 3x the average local wage) to help them secure their future. 

 

2) How much does Shipping cost? 

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $59 to make it super easy for our customers to buy the freshest Indian teas online. For orders under $59, we offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee to any US domestic location (excluding non-contiguous locations). 3) How can I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery by emailing us at hey@teatry.in. We will provide you a 'Tracking Number' and other related details to help you track your order. 

 

4) Are you available in retail store(s) near me?

No, we are an online-only tea company. Being online allows us to keep our operating costs low which results in the best prices being offered to our customers. 

 

5) Do you ship internationally?
